Candy Wraps ~ Recipe

I was going to post a healthy dinner wrap and then I saw this and had to share!

Prep: 5 min
Ready in: 3 hours 5 minutes
Serves: 2


  • 1 (10 inch) whole wheat tortilla
  • 1 teaspoon orange marmalade
  • 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup


  1. Lay the tortilla out on a clean surface or dinner plate.
  2. Spread Marmalade, or jam on one half, then spread maple syrup on the other.
  3. Roll the tortilla up tightly, starting at the end with the syrup and finishing with marmalade.
  4. Use toothpicks to hold it together if needed, or wrap in plastic wrap.
  5. Refrigerate for a few hours, then slice into 1 inch pieces to serve.
